The Devil’s Mouth

Mercy, an elementary school teacher’s aide, suffers from sleep psychosis and nymphomania, which prohibits her from differentiating between her subconscious and reality. She hears voices that lead her to her prey, where she completes her dreams, by pleasing her partner. As Mercy’s life spins out of control, she seeks professional help from, Dr. Elizabeth Clinton. However, Dr. Clinton concludes that Mercy’s nontraditional issues require nontraditional treatment.Known for her unorthodox practices, Helem, the healer, places Mercy in a, trance-like, state and together, they visit her subconscious. As Helem manipulates Mercy’s mind and awakens all of her sexual demons, she concludes; the voices that Mercy hears are not those of her conquests, but rather those of the devil.
