Adam feels partly responsible for the way the townsfolk have turned on her. To protect her and Emma, Adam and Grace marry before they leave with the Tart sisters on the covered wagon journey.While theirs is strictly a marriage of convenience, only one of them falling in love becomes most inconvenient.
