A Tibetan prince escapes a palace coup and is raised as a slave far away from the palace. He finds freedom on the Tea Horse Caravan trails that criss-cross the Himalayas and their foothills. He becomes a mercenary leading a 200 man army and wins an important battle against the Chinese, who then take exquisite revenge. He learns many lessons in his beloved sacred mountains.
