But now he finds himself married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley . . . fresh out of high school. Responsibilities are coming at them fast, straining their sweet romance and dimming his dreams of life beyond Evergreen.
Day after day, Sean does what he’s supposed to do—what his dad and his grandpa always told him was right. He works hard, pays his bills, takes care of his wife. But deep down, he can’t help but imagine where he could be right now if he’d taken a different path.
When tragedy strikes, Sean finds himself on his knees, praying for a Christmas miracle. Forced to face his inner struggle head-on, he must decide: continue dwelling on what could have been, or embrace the wonder, love, and adventure waiting for him in the life he has unintentionally created.
