Rudolph puts her hoof down and orders me to take a vacation. Relax? Not a chance. Then I meet a lovely human woman at Boston Comic-Con whose voice wraps around me like warm honey. The Con Gods must be playing a joke on me, though. Scarlett hates Christmas.

Ah, Comic-Con. Nerdy girls to lust after as far as the eye can see. I never expected to meet a woman like Zen, who fits me like my perfectly designed cosplay…except she still believes in Santa. Crazy, right?
It’s hard to get serious when I’m still stitching together my too-many-times broken heart. But if I walk away from her, I have a feeling I’ll lose the kind of creature you meet only once in a lifetime…
