Raphael of Ravenstone, a young wizard, has a persistent magic block. But when mini pig Windfried, his best friend, disappears without a trace, he doesn’t let weak magic skills stop him! Together with the courageous Isabo of Puddingstone he embarks on an adventurous quest.

Along the way, they come across Ella Glove, a mysterious black cat with white knitted socks. Does she know more about Windfried’s disappearance than she’s willing to admit?

At the non-magicals’ fair, they get to know Strong Hugo, who knows Windfried’s whereabouts. But before he can help them, Strong Hugo gets arrested as a thief—despite being innocent!

Now, it’s up to Raphael to come up with a daring plan to expose the real culprits on Halloween night. Will they succeed in saving Strong Hugo, uncover a long-hidden family secret and return home together with Windfried?
