20,000 years ago they attacked our origin planet of Haven. They drove us across the galaxy, to three habitable planets. We thought we were safe. We forgot. We regressed. We started over. But they never forgot. And then they found us. After destroying two planets populated by humans, they turned their eyes toward Earth. The last planet with humans. And from that moment on, we were doomed. It’s 2021 and they are coming!
But then there was hope. It came in the form of an avenging angel. Armed with one of the alien’s own powerful weapons. A human, created with DNA taken from the aliens themselves. And raging with hatred for what they had done to her planet.

He looked at the object and knew immediately that it was some type of craft, the right size for a single occupant. And he knew also that Daz had landed on Earth in that very craft. She was in fact an alien. it was the mysterious object he had seen flashing across the sky two days ago.
“Please don’t bite my head off,” he said.
She shook her head and reached for his hand. She held his hand in hers like she had done almost constantly since they had met. And she smiled at him.
“Are you an alien?” he asked her.
“Daz human. Ross human.”
Then she pointed to the stars again, this time in a different part of the sky than before. She gave his hand a little squeeze.
“Aliens come,” she said. “Bad aliens.”

“Aliens eat all humans,” said Daz.
“Are you effing kidding me?” asked Mathis of Homeland Security. He was the youngest of the agents. “Are we buying this mumbo jumbo? Are we going to sit here and listen to this small-town skank tell us–?”
Daz had him by the throat and pinned against the wall before he could finish. His feet were off the ground. And when the other two agents began to reach for their guns Daz pointed Agent Mathis’s gun at them, as she held Mathis by his throat.
“Don’t,” she said, and they both froze. She turned to Agent Mathis. “What is skank?”
“I … I’m … sorry, ma’am,” he could barely get the words out.

“How can we defeat these invading aliens? Did they not just destroy all life on another planet?”
“By all life, you mean all humans,” said Daz. “For the people of Serta … they were just like us. Human beings. It is very sad. They were our brothers and sisters. And mothers and fathers. To answer your question about defeating the Ckizz, I am the only one on this planet who is fast enough and smart enough to slay them. That is why I will board their main craft, and I will be the hero that Earth will remember forever. I promise I will slice through them, cutting them to pieces, spilling their slimy intestines all over the floor of their craft. I will not stop until every one of them has been chopped to shreds. And I will enjoy doing it. Do you have a follow-up question?”
“A … a follow-up?” asked the shocked Canadian. “Yes, I have. As we are facing a vastly superior and advanced enemy, will the defenses and weapons of Earth be able to stop these aliens?”
“No,” said Daz. “Who has the next question?” Read more Continue reading Read less
