Kitsune in the Chem Lab: a Monstergirl Short Story

This is a low-stakes, high-heat monster girl short story set in a cozy academia setting. Kitsune chemist Dr. Zora Temeraria has practically worked her tail off to achieve her dream of becoming a tenured professor at Arran Adrastos Academy. Everything has gone according to her plan until the arrival of Ryner Larsen, an enigmatic student with unique magical abilities. She agrees to become his mentor for graduate work until he produces the most ludicrous thesis possible: a love potion prototype. Determined to disprove his hypothesis and unable to resist the allure of an elixir that promises to unlock her primal side, Zora decides to test Ryner’s research — and his limits — personally.
