I liked to think of myself as always being prepared, but then I hadn’t quite expected a minotaur of all things to capture me. Vymyr isn’t like the others. He’s enormous and beastly, all muscle and horn with a mind sharp enough to lead. He says he wants me, that I’m strong enough to handle his enormous appetites. I should be disgusted, but all I can wonder is how much he differs from human men beneath that loin cloth.
The more he offers me carnal pleasures, the more my resolve starts to lessen and I imagine myself riding the bull.
