If you like fast-paced stories with secrets, surprises, double-crosses, competent heroes, solid science, and a little humor, then you’ll love A Murder Mystery on Mars.

One stubborn cop. One mixed-up robot. A murder mystery and a conspiracy to destroy the lone city on Mars.
Max is the only cop on Mars who’s ever solved a murder. But when his friend is killed in a locked workshop, his boss doesn’t want him on the case. They already have a suspect: a mysterious robot.

There are no robots on Mars—there’s a good historical reason for that. Unfortunately, it was Max who brought this one back from the asteroid belt. Maybe that’s why he’s sure it’s innocent.

The robot claims to remember nothing. Its memory is empty—until it starts filling it with old TV shows from Terra. That gives it a unique personality but also causes problems. Martian culture is very different from a ’90s sitcom.

Max searches for the killer with the robot at his side. But as he follows the clues, he uncovers a conspiracy that threatens the survival of Olympus City. The city is built inside Olympus Mons, an extinct volcano. Its inhabitants depend on a fragile network of engineering systems: air, power, water, and food. Everything must work perfectly if they are to survive. Now someone wants to bring it all crashing down.
