◆ The Synopsis
On the 3rd of February 2021, under a celestial alignment unseen for 124 years, two souls collide at Tō-ji Temple in Kyoto. Kaho Fujikawa—a costume designer with a Sumerian-lineage prophecy foretelling she will write a book to heal humanity—encounters on the same morning Kai Hoshino, a brilliant astrophotographer fluent in Cymric (Welsh).
Kaho commissions Kai to photograph her project, The Tales of Textiles, archiving the history of dyeing, weaving, and traditional craftsmanship. Guided by the North Star, they sail across a “Sea of Stars,” tracking ancient seafaring nations. Deciphering the “Myths of Textiles” within Japan’s ruins—the Silk Road’s terminus—via comparative linguistics, they realise language is a woven fabric sealing 12,000 years of human history.
Along her path, Kaho receives Kūkai’s subtle guidance, awakening her extraordinary memory and mission to record human history. In truth, she is Aureilia—the long-lost Archivist of Lyra. She descended with a two-billion-year cosmic memory to convey vital arts of human survival and retune the planet during the disasters beginning in 2026.
She wove her civilisation into a cipher within word frequencies and true names. Her purpose is to reunite with her twelve companions across time, recover the lost tunings of the “Music of the Spheres” to realign Earth’s geomagnetism, and discover the “Key to Cosmic Genesis” when the twelve Lyran priestesses assemble. As the journey progresses, she reclaims her past lives.

Kai Hoshino

Beginning his career as a traditional Japanese plasterer before restoring ancient castles in Wales, his scientific mind unravels armchair theories through rigorous fieldwork.
