The Crush

For years, Bethany Spencer has thought about nothing but becoming a lawyer. Still, she went against her father’s wishes by becoming a defense attorney instead of a corporate lawyer.  Her job isn’t everything it’s made out, to be and now she is questioning her life and the decisions she’s made to get there. She’s given up everything to accomplish her dream, including a social life as well as a love life. She doesn’t realize exactly how lonely she truly is until her baby sister shows up and points out some rather obvious problems. However, too much of a good thing isn’t always as great as it seems. One bold decision sets her down a path that will forever change her life, bringing her into contact with the most colorful and eccentric people. When she sees him, everything changes. One look into those beautiful blue eyes and she knew she was done for.
