The Just Man

Sean is going to the Justice Consortium, a hero training school that makes heroes out of every graduate they have. But becoming the kind of person who will be a hero is hard work, and Sean’s not sure he has what it takes to be a hero. He’s shorter and weaker than all his classmates, and it feels like he fails at everything.Sean’s deepest hope is to graduate from the Justice Consortium like Travis, his father, who died bravely in battle against the evil Lord of Bloodlowe ten years ago. Sean’s memories of Travis are few, but it seems like Sean is the exact opposite. He struggles in his combat classes, in his exercise classes, and in his history class.Yet Sean might not get the chance to find out if he can become a hero as more is brewing under the surface. Events are going to prove whether he has what it takes to be a hero no matter the consequences.
