What God Says About the Spiritual Side of Sexual Sin Part 1 of 4: Learn What the Spiritual Consequences Are for Engaging in Sexual Sin

Always remember that the spirit realm (God), gave birth to the physical realm (heavens and the earth). Physical did not create spiritual things – spiritual things created physical things – and it (spiritual) also holds together the physical. This is a classic example of the unseen spirit realm being more real, powerful, and potent, than the seen physical things – even though you can’t see it (spiritual things) most of the time. Sexual activity outside of marriage is no different. It’s the spiritual aspects of sexual activity outside of marriage, that people need to be more concerned with, as opposed to being concerned with just the physical (STIs, unwanted pregnancies, etc.) aspects, of engaging in sexual activity outside of marriage. Thus the reason why of all the numerous sexual sin consequences listed in the Word of God are 95 % are spiritual in nature, and 5% is physical in nature. This should show you that the spiritual aspects of sexual sin are greatly profound. Simply put – sex is not just physical – sex is also spiritual (with spiritual consequences). And the spiritual aspects of life are more profound, and important, than the physical aspects of life.
