How do you get beyond someone who has trespassed against you? They have violated your trust in them and now it has left you stuck. They have moved on but you can’t seem to get beyond what happened. Was it being raped, being molested, or maybe it was just that moment where you were embarrassed and now because of that you now shy away from any type of circumstance or situation that resembles that situation. Or maybe you were in a household where your parents were constantly fighting and arguing or cheating and now you have a fear of being in a serious relationship or married. Whatever your situation is, I am sure you may have asked the question ‘Has God, forgotten about me?’ ‘How do you move from where you were hurt?’ ‘Where is my PEACE?’
When Sin Hits the Church, is a story told from the author’s perspective of how she thought attending church would provide the answer, but many days instead walked out worse than the way she walked in; because she hadn’t first tapped into the true meaning of the word ‘church.’ It is her goal to enlighten you about God’s promises and answers to some of life’s most difficult questions.
