This is the 3rd book in the series after Budget School Holiday Meals and Awesomely Cheap Chicken Meals.

Angered by the number of school aged children who go hungry (approximately 4 MILLION in the UK) I started producing cookbooks of recipes that my grandmother, mother, aunt and I have used over the years to feed our families when money is tight.

From a How To section through to cheap and filling food, I have tried to write them with a budget in mind.
