Eight-year-old Martha Jones loves to imagine things. But sometimes her imagining gets her into trouble. As the oldest of six children growing up in the late 1980’s, there’s a lot she needs to pay attention to, only to her imagining things seems easier. When a neighbor calls her a flibbertigibbet, Martha starts a quest to find out what that big word means and how to control her imagination more. Along the way she has fun, everyday adventures with her siblings, her parents, and God. Flibbertigibbet, the first in a series, is a celebration of family life highlighting the joys of childhood and being part of a big family.
