Dr. Marcus Chen has been asking that question for fifteen years. On a Thursday at three in the morning, alone in his lab with a chalkboard full of equations and a coffee cup the size of a small bucket, he finally finds the answer — and accidentally opens a door.

What comes through is enormous, roaring, and has the worst possible attitude.

His name is Chomper 3.14. And he is going to listen to everyone.

Chomper is a six-book adventure series for readers 8-12, invented around a kitchen table by the Anleitner kids and written for them. Every cover is one of the kids’ original ballpoint drawings. Fans of How to Train Your Dragon, Last Kids on Earth, and Wings of Fire will feel at home.
