Never in a million years did I think that I’d be performing on a big stage as an opener, but here I am, traveling around the country with The Wildflowers, living the dream, blind and all. When Gianna begs me to go with her and Rain to a hockey game after one of our shows, I can’t find it in me to say no, believe me, I tried. Never did I think that I’d nearly plow over the home team’s goalie and end up leaving the game with him, but there is just something about him that makes me want to be around him more.

When a beautiful enigma of a woman ends up being forced to stay the night with me, I thank my lucky stars I get more time with her. She’s beautiful, funny, sweet, and a huge flight risk, so taking things at her pace is the only way to go, even though I get a little excited and push my luck one too many times throughout the night. She lets me though, so it’s okay, don’t worry.
Whether she’ll let me in and let me get to know her is the question, but I’m a determined fucker and I will do my very best to show her just how perfect I find her and how good being with me will feel.
